Brabender – Writing Instruments
My name is Uwe Brabender and my craftsmanship is turning.
I primarily turn writing instruments. From the simple mechanical pencil to the exclusive fountain pen.
I came to woodturning through my passion for the material wood. After I first acquired the knowledge of furniture making and developed it further and further, I learned the art of woodturning.
Now, for almost 5 years, my writing instruments have come into “good hands” through craft markets. At the markets I also turn some writing instruments on site. The woods I use, from noble local woods to exotic and exquisite woods, I purchase all of them from the certified specialist trade.
