A sculpture (see: Wikipedia) gives the human figure, natural forms, things and abstract forms a three-dimensional appearance and expression.
A plastic in the narrower sense is a work in the “additive” process. This means that the material added is built up: such as bronze, clay, wax, plaster, papier-mâché, etc.
sculptures need time for their creation, similar to a growing creature.
sculptures are usually a greater challenge for the viewer than two-dimensional works, whose interpretation is often easier. Even more so than these, sculptures must be seen in their original form, walk around them, and be explored from many sides.
